Holiday Closings: Our office is closed for arrivals and departures on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Our office closes at Noon on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Pet care takes place every day of the year at Molly's Country Kennels.  Our accredited pet care technicians are in (and around!) our buildings even though the front door might be locked.

Our office hours are firm.  There are no exceptions. These are the reasons for this:  Most dogs and cats like to take naps at regular hours during the day. The pets in our care are on a regular routine, which they cherish. It would be unfair to your pet to interrupt its peace and quiet.  For the security and comfort of your pet, and of Molly's staff members, our employees are prohibited from permitting public entry outside the hours posted here. Thank you for respecting our hours!

Boarding Requirements:

• There is a three (3) day minimum charge during Peak Times.
• Pets are charged for arrival day regardless of time checked in.
• Pets are charged for departure day only if picked up after 12:00 Noon.

Checking In:  Please allow 15-20 minutes to give us time to verify immunization records and to acquaint ourselves with your pet and its medical history.  At this time we briefly examine your pet for obvious health problems and parasites.  Be sure to bring:

    1. Immunization Record
    2. Dogs must be current on Canine Distemper,Rabies and Bordetella.
    3. Cats must be current on: Feline Distemper, Rabies, Feline Leukemia (recommended but not required)

Checking Out - Again, allow several minutes so that we may provide you with a progress report on your pet's stay.

Payment:  - Payment on departure is by cash, check, traveler's check, Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card.  If somebody else will be picking up your pet, please pay in advance if by credit card (we will not process the credit card in your absence) or be sure to send a check or cash with your appointed person.  Please bring your card in with you so we can swipe it in the credit card machine).

Cancellation Policy:  Peak period cancellations not made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged one days board.

If it's necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as early as possible so that we may accommodate another pet owner from our waiting list.

MEDICATIONS:

Regular Hours (8:00 AM - 5 PM) - $1.50
Injections - $5.00

These fees are per administration; no extra fee for multiple medications at the same time.
